Q. How many flavors does one machine make?
A. Our Single Machines will make 1 flavor per machine. Our Double Machines can make 2 flavors per machine.
Q. How far will you go to deliver?
A. We have Distributors servicing all of the Southeastern Michigan areas . Please Call to determine your service area and delivery charge is one is applicable.
Q. How long does it take to freeze?
A. The Single Machine takes 30-45 min, the Double Machine up to 1 = hrs. This can vary if having an outdoor party on a very hot day.
Q. What do the Customers need to supply?
A. If you are making cocktails, you are responsible for purchasing your own liquor. No ice is needed. There also needs to be an electrical outlet able to hold 20 amps available.
Q. Two free mixes are included, how do we determine how many more mixes to buy for the amount of guests?
A. You tell us how many guests you are expecting and we will figure out the rest for you.
Q. My event is in a reception hall and they have very strict rules, which halls are you permitted to work with?
A. We have already made special arrangements with many of the banquet facilities in the area for you to contact them directly for our services. If you are unsure about which ones participate, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
